Registration for the 2010 Season has already begun.

 

We will have the Pee Wee - 165lb Teams

What you need to bring with you:

1. Parents or guardian to sign release forms

2. Copy of Birth Certificate

3. Physical dated after March 15, 2010

4. Up to date close-up photo

5. $ 85.00 Money order & credit cards only!! No personal checks accepted.

NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED

 

No child will be allowed to practice until all above information has been received!!

Sports Physicals

Physical scheduled for Saturday, June 19, 9:30am to

3:30pm at West Ken Lark Park.  The charge is $15.
