*Bylaws will be given out at the June 2 meeting to take back to clubs for discussion and will be voted on at the June 16 meeting.
*Next coaches certification is on May 16 @ Dixie Park in Hallandale@10am
*Coaches certifications date in July 1, 11, 18 need sites.
*June 2 meeting 2009 schedule will be out.

DISCUSSIONS:
*Mike discussed the new format of the meetings. Only reps will sit up front and will be addressed.
*Curt from the referee Dade crew discussed new rule changes. Changes will also be addressed with coaches at certifications.
*Mike discussed Miami Gardens entrance into the league. A floor vote was taken to accept Miami Gardens into the league, 19-4 approved the acceptance of Miami Gardens into the league.
Northside Optimist Club was announced as the sponsor.
FINANCIAL REPORT:
*Carl gave the financial report for March with a beginning balance of $ 6,577.30 and a ending balance of $ 8742.08. Jimmy made a motion to accept the report as given, Nelson seconded with a show of hands the report was approved.
ITEMS TO TURN IN:
*Field Inspection Form due at the June 2 meeting. Location of all practice sites need to be included.
*List of the three rule officers due at the June 2 meeting.
