On the following Saturday’s 11am - 2pm
*May 2nd, 16th
*June 6th, 13th, 27th

On the following Thursday’s 6pm-8pm
*May 14th, 28th
*June 11th, 25th

in the PAL Office


What you need to bring with you:
1. Parent or Guardian to sign release forms.
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Physical dated after May 1, 2009
4. Health insurance information.
5. $ 75.00 / $ 85.00 after May. Cash or money order only! No personal checks accepted.


No child is allowed to practice until ALL of the above has been received!
